What do I need to attend a group fitness class?
Bring your own yoga mat or one will be available for you. Eat something lite and bring plenty of water. For Sculpt & Flow class, bring a towel; you will sweat.
What is the duration of a typical session?
My group fitness classes typically last around 45-60 minutes, including warm-up, the main workout, and cool-down.
Do you offer on-on-one training?
Yes, I provide one-on-one training sessions. These personal sessions offer the flexibility of training outside of the group classes, ensuring you can stay on track with your fitness goals.
